Farmhouse c.1700 or possibly earlier. Three unit plan with rear
wing to north-west and stair turret in angle. Rendered timber-
frame with imitation masonry joints; hipped thatched roofs,
ridge stack of local bricks. Garden elevation has three first
floor casement windows and one ground floor hung sash window
with two modern doors. C19 painted brick kitchen and bakehouse
wing to south-east with slate roof and end stack. Interior to
farmhouse has a sealed inglenook hearth and chamfered ceiling
beams.
