House. Mid/Late C19. Ground floor rusticated with yellow brick above;
rendered details; hipped gable-fronted pantile roof. 3 storeys; one
first and second-floor window to St. Stephen's Road facade. Entered
through C20 glazed porch on right side. Windows have lugged architraves
with consoles on first floor and C20 glazing; second floor had fixed
window with glazing bars. Glazed first-floor verandah to right elevation
with open trellis above. Built as an extension to No. 1 Victoria Street (q.v.)
