Farmhouse. Late C18; for Elizabeth Nelson, as farmhouse (q.v.).
Timber frame with weather-board cladding on brick plinth; hipped
corrugated iron roof. 3 bays. Central double board door to yard
elevation; rear has opposing door and one to left. Interior:
jowled wall posts with short curved braces to tie-beams; straight
braces to framing. Roof has collared queen strut trusses, through
purlins, and curved wind braces to central bay.
