C1840, a group of 3 identical 2 storey stucco detached villas. No 46 with
recessed altered coach house way. Three bays each with slight centre break
containing entrance. Plinth, first floor sill course. Low gable end slate
roofs with overhanging eaves. No 45 has parapeted gable ends. Corniced stucco
and brick chimney stacks. Windows in architrave surrounds, eared on ground
floor, glazing bars intact to sashes. Doorways recessed in moulded frames flanked
by ornamentally panelled piers carrying friezes with 3 wreaths, the sill courses
broken forward as cornices with blocking course over. Panelled doors in panelled
reveals with rectangular fanlights (decorative glazing pattern to that of No 45).
