Early C19. Stucco. 4 storeys, 4 double-hung sashes in reveals, Paired doorways:
panelled pilasters, rectangular fanlights, 3 flush panel doors up 2 stone steps.
Similar pilasters at either end of ground floor facade, continuous rough entablature
over. No 23 has red brick ground floor with 2 C19 windows. 1st floor balcony
with "Gothic" cast iron railings, French windows in round headed sinkings. 2nd
and 3rd floor bands at window sill level; cornice, blocking course.

Nos 17 to 33 (consec) form a group.
