Early-mid C18 house with later additions at rear. Lobby entry plan. Local brick, part roughcast rendered. Plain tiled. One ridge stack of local red brick and one end stack. Two storeys. Four horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars, head flush with eaves. Segmental headed arches to three similar windows and doorway at ground floor. 1919 additions at rear. Brick, plain tiled.

Interior. Centre room has late C18 fireplace of pine. Pilasters with ramped volutes, carved frieze, and dentil cornice to mantel. C19 fireplace of papier mache to east ground floor room. Rococo decoration to frieze and dentil cornice to mantel. Chamfered main beams and joists to three ground floor rooms.
