Circa 1840. Angle house with main front on Hyde Vale. 2 storeys. 2 windows
on Royal Hill front, 3 on Hyde Vale front with 2-bay left entrance screen. This
holds, in left bays, double door converted to window, and in right bay door with
fanlight having margin lights. Entablature surround to door. Stuccoed walls.
Giant pilasters support frieze, cornice and parapet with balustraded sections.
All windows recessed-sashes with glazing bars and margin lights. All but the
left ground floor window on Hyde Vale front are blocked.
