Earlier C18 stone rubble cottages. 2 storeys. 4 windows overall. No
17 has small sashes with glazing bars, No 16 has sashes on ground floor
and 2 light casements on 1st floor. 2 doors, 6-fielded-panelled, No 16
has dog-gate. Slate hoods on shaped brackets. Central brick chimney.
Slate hipped roof.

All the listed buildings in Polkerris form a good village group.
