Penny library now used as store. Circa early C19. Brick, of irregular bond. Slate
roof with gable ends.
Plan: Overall rectrangular plan with entrance in long side of front elevation, to
left of centre and parallel range to rear.
Exterior: Small single storey building with regular 2-window front. Door to left
and 2 early C19 hornless 12-pane sashes near centre and to right.
Interior: Simple C19 joinery and carpentry detail.
