Shop with acconmodation above. Circa early C19. Stuccoed and rendered, probably
softwood timber frame. Slate roof with canted hipped end to front.
Plan: Long narrow deep plan with C19 shop front on ground floor and entrance in
canted north east corner.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Tall narrow building with regular 1:1 window front. Frontages
to north and east with entrance in canted north east corner. C20 door flanked by two
C19 shop windows. Horned 16-pane sash on first and second floor of east elevation
and hornless 16-pane sash on first and second floor of north elevation.
Interior: not inspected.
