Mid C19 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Hipped, slate roof of moderate
nitch with eaves soffit. Stuccoed. 4 giant pilasters, with ornamental capitals,
rest on basement plinth and support frieze. Centre bay recessed. Plain reveals
to 1st floor side windows. Shouldered surround, with paterae in head under cornice,
to centre window. Ground floor windows have modified entablature surround with
palmette patterned brackets supporting cornice. 5 steps to central prostyle
porch of square columns, with paterae in capitals, entablature and blocking course.
6 panel door with side pilasters, cornice head and semicircular fanlight. All
windows have glazing bars and margin lights. Empty and decaying at time of survey.

Nos 1 to 37 (odd) including Gatepiers and walls to No 1, form a group.
