House. Circa early C19. Painted brick front with dressed stone string course and
quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance. 2 principal rooms on front heated by
end stacks. 2 shallow service rooms to rear.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with brick flat arches and key
blocks. Ground floor with central part glazed C20 door in C19 doorcase with fluted
jambs. 2 early C19 12-pane hornless sashes on ground floor and two 3 over 6 pane C19
sashes on first flanking a blind central window.
Interior: Not inspected.
