Workshop. Late C18. Brick; hipped Welsh slate roof; brick
stack to centre front and to rear. 3-storeys; single window
range: workshop light with casements, under brick soldier
arch, with plank door and fixed light under segmental arch, to
right; early C19 brickwork to modillioned eaves. C20 garage
doors with mutilated segmental arch over; to right, C20 plank
door and screens, under timber lintel. Right returned side has
fixed light, and tripartite workshop light under segmental
arch, with earlier roof line visible over. Left returned side
has 2 workshop windows under segmental arches, with large C20
metal casement over; blocked openings to ground floor, under
segmental arches. Included for group value.
