Cottage. C17, C19 and C20. Timber framed with brick and flint refacing;
old tile roof, higher over left-hand bay and half hipped to left. Gabled
dormer to left with 2-light casement and central ridge stack. 2 framed
bays. One and 1 1/2 storeys. 2-light leaded casement in left hand bay
and 3-light leaded casement to right. C20 half glazed door and C20
gabled porch to left, boarded door between windows off-centre to right.
C20 brick and tile one storey addition to right. Interior: right-hand
bay contains well and queen post truss. This building contains a well
which once supplied water to the village.
