GV II

House and garden wall to east. Circa 1840s. Stuccoed and rendered with painted rag
slates on north elevation. Slate roof with hipped ends. Rendered brick end and
axial stacks.
Plan: Front range on north has a 2-room plan with entrance in higher end on right,
the ground sloping down steeply to the left (east). Further wing of at least 2-room
plan to rear on south forming an overall double depth plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2-window north front with ground sloping down steeply
to left. C19 sashes with intersecting glazing bars in 2-centred arched openings. 2
sashes on ground floor and one on first to right. Blind opening to left with 2-
centred arch C20 doors in right hand side elevation.
Interior: Not inspected.
Garden wall continues to east from left hand side, stuccoed and rendered with 2-
centred arched doorway.
