2 houses. Circa late C19 or early C20. Brick with granite dressings. Slate roofs with
gable ends and double gable ends to front. Brick axial stacks.
Plan: Pair of 2 room double depth plan houses with pair of central entrances.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 4 windows front with 2 storey bays to
left and right and pair of central entrances. Dressed granite quoins and timber
barge boards. Two C20 doors with 4 pane sashes above flanked by 2 storey canted bays
with sashes. Two 4 pane sashes to attic.
Interior: not inspected.
Form part of group with No. 2, The Old Customs House Inn (qv) and No.8 and Court
House and Raleigh House (qv).
