House. Probably C16. Timber frame, altered early C17 with later
additions. Thatched roof, gable end to lane. Weatherboarding,
plaster and cement. 2 storeys. W elevation has thatching to
Ground floor over later, single storey projection and C19
casements. Modern, lean-to corridor on N elevation with modern,
thatched, central bay. S elevation with 2- and 3-light, C19
casements with glazing bars, those towards W beneath eyebrow
recesses in thatch. Modern E cross wing. Interior has 2, C16
timber frame bays with chimneystack on E. Early C17 chamfered
and stopped floor beams and joists.
