Cottage. C17 with late C19 partial refacing and additions. Timber framed
with angle braces, flint and brick plinth, brick nogging; later brick
facing and additions, and plain and fishscale tile hung first floor. Old
tile roof, half hipped to south-west, 2 tile hung gabled eaves dormers with
2-light diamond leaded casements, and 2 ridge stacks, off-centre to
right and left. Altered lobby entrance type of 2 framed bays. 1½ storeys.
South-east front: large central gable with 3-light diamond leaded casement,
3 ground floor 2-light diamond leaded casements to right, and two 2-light
segmental headed leaded casements to left. Segmental headed boarded door between
second and third windows from left with late C19 brick and timber framed porch
with lean-to tile roof.
