House, c,1850. Stuccoed; hipped Welsh slate roof; brick end stacks. Double-depth
plan. Italianate style. 3 storeys; 3-window range, with gabled bay to left.
Central 3-panelled door with fanlight flanked by Tuscan pilasters. Chamfered and
seal-circular-arched 2-light windows with plate-glass sashes and scrolled stucco
pediments. Left gabled bay has square bay window with similar windows and
bracketed cornice; dentilled cornices over similar windows above. Interior not
insoected. Included for group value.
