C18, 2 storey and attic, red brick, slate roof, ogee bracket eaves cornice.
Slightly projecting centre with small whitened rusticated stone quoins, larger
ones at flanks of house. 1st floor band. 3 near-flush frame sash windows
with flat arches, keystones, and eared architraves. Small corbels below cills.
Pedimented doorcase with pulvinate frieze with flank consoles and broken by
fluted keystone, door with fielded panels including lozenged lower panel.
Glazing bars missing to upper front windows, renewed windows with glazing bars
below. 2-storey splay bay garden front, at rear with glazing bars.

All the listed buildings in Mill Street form a group.
