SU 67 SW ENGLEFIELD THE STREET (north-west side)

House and shop. C18 with C19 addition to right. Red brick with old tile
roof. 2 storeys. Dentil brick eaves cornice and end stacks. 2 first floor
glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes flanking central blind window
with shop sign. Ground floor segmental glazing bar sash to left with exposed
wooden box and C19 canted bay window to right flanking 2 central doors with
flat hood, 6-panelled to right with segmental head, and 6-panelled to left
with radial fanlight. Block set back to right of red brick with slate roof.
One storey and garret with segmental headed 3-light horizontal sliding sash.
Loft door in right-hand gable end. Included for group value.
