House and adjoining railings. Early/mid C19 with probably C20 addition at rear.
Rendered, probably over stone rubble. Gable-ended slate roof, with C20 bitumen
covering. Stacks with red-brick tops.
Plan: 2-room central-entrance plan with integral end stacks. Probably C20 lean-to
addition at rear. 2-storeys with 1-storey lean-to addition.
Exterior: Wooden dentil eaves cornice to front. 3 bays; early C19 boxed 16-pane
glazing bar sashes (right-hand ground-floor window replaced by mid to late C19 4-pane
sash). Central round-headed doorway with recessed early C19 door with 6 beaded-flush
panels, beaded pegged frame and blank wreathed radial fanlight. Semi-circular stone
top step.
