NORTH MOLTON EAST STREET (north side),

Cottage. Probably late C17, with late C20 alterations. Rendered, probably over
stone rubble and cob. Gable-ended scantle-slate roof. Rendered stone stack with
weatherings.
Plan: Probably 3-room baffle-entry plan, with axial stack between 2 left-hand rooms.
Two storeys.
Exterior: Three windows to first floor and 4 to ground floor; mostly late C20 two-
light wooden casements. C20 segmental-headed half-glazed door between first and
second windows from left.
Interior: not inspected.
