Barn. Possibly C18 origins, remodelled in early to mid-C19. Sandstone rubble,
sandstone dressings, kneelers and verges to tiled roof. Six bays aligned
north/south. Upper floor to southernmost bay. West elevation has two rows of
dressed vent loops, most blocked, and dressed quoins, double-leaved doors to
left of centre under dressed surround with projecting keystone. East elevation
has tallet stairs rising from north to ledged door and upper floor. Interior
has bolted queen struts from ties to collars. Prominently sited on the southern
edge of the churchyard to the Church of St Bridget (qv). Included for group
value.
