Detached Villa in grounds. Dated: Quatre Bras Cottage 1830, in wreath over
front door. Stone walls, stuccoed and painted grey. Slate roof, hipped at
north-west corner and gabled otherwise. Brick stacks with chamfered corners,
stopped and dentil cornice. 2 storeys. 5 windows to west elevation, 2-light
wooden casements with marginal glazing-bars, and horizontal glazing-bars,
stone cills. Garden (north) front: 3 bays, 2-, 4- and 2-light French windows,
with 2-light casements over. C20 rear extension, brick in stretcher bond.
