An original Cl7 timber-framed and plastered farmhouse with a 3 unit plan and one
storey and attics. Altered in C18 at the east end by the introduction of a cellar
when a 2-storey addition with attics was built to the south. C18 street facade has
brick gable walls with parapets and end stacks, rough-cast render to timber frame and
plain tiled roof with 2 modern dormer windows. Two hung sash windows with glazing
bars at first floor, central 6 panelled door with flat canopy and moulded architrave
flanked by 2 canted hung sash bay windows. The interior has one room, half panelled,
with dentil enrichment to cornice and boxed beam. Two cupboards with eared architraves
flank an early C19 chimney piece. Kitchen at rear has a sealed inglenook hearth.
