Built 1865. 2 storeys; stucco, the ground storey rusticated; slightly projecting
outer bays (one window each); 6 sash windows overall, those to ground storey
with semi-circular heads and transoms springing from slender moulded colonnetes
and with panels below sills. Left-hand bay set back at 1st storey behind parapet
and with 2 arched windows, elsewhere moulded corbelled projecting eaves. Hipped
slate roof. 2-windowed east side has semi-circular headed doorway with plain
fanlight, 6-panelled divided door, and modern steps leading up from right-hand
