House, now offices. Circa 1830. Rendered with plat band. Deep eaves to
hipped slate roof with 2 ridge stacks off-centre to left and right. 2
storeys; 3 bays, glazing bar sashes with jalousies, that on ground floor
to left blank. 2 central half glazed doors with margin lights, reeded
architrave with paterae, and radial fanlight. Porch with unfluted Roman
Doric columns supporting entablature.
