C18 stable block, L-plan with a stair turret in the angle to the east. The hipped
roofs are slated and plain tiled. Built of local red brick the south facing facade
is of 7 bays with a high central round headed archway with a brick keystone and
imposts with flanking brick pilasters with moulded caps. Similar pilasters to the
quoins. C19 wooden cupola with weather vane surmounted on brick base above arch.
Moulded eaves cornice with brick modillions. Six hung sash windows with glazing
bars in segmental arches, those to the west possibly original.
