SK 80 SW BELTON IN RUTLAND CHURCH STREET (south side)

Pair of houses, probably mid C17 with later alterations. Coursed ironstone
rubble with welsh slate roof each of storeys, though ground plans differ
- No. 7 has a 3-light stone mullioned window with hoodmould to the left
of a doorway in 4-centred arch. Right of this, a further 3-light mullioned
window, and doorway with stone lintel and keystone, perhaps C19. Another
3-light window beyond the door. Upper windows are renewed casements, one
stack behind the entry to No. 7, and on right hand gable.
