Former house, later a shop. Dated 1836, but with earlier core. Coursed squared rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, quoins, moulded eaves cornice, shallow parapet and plain gables. End ridge stacks, one ashlar, one brick, and a Welsh slated roof. Two storeys, two bays, formerly with glazing bar sashes in projecting stone surrounds, those to the first floor with heads linked by a flat eaves band. First floor windows now with C20 joinery and C19 shop window, at north east end, sub-divided by tapering timber columns with scrollwork capitals, which support a bracketed fascia. C20 half glazed door to centre, with rectangular overlight. Rainwater head to south west end dated 1836.
