Probably late C18 refaced early to mid C19. 2 storeys stucco faced on
stone rubble. Banded rustication to pilaster strips flanking front and
slightly projecting centre bay. Frieze with string. Gable end site roof
with overhanging cave, 2 gabled dormers. Symmetrical front. 3 window
1st floor recessed sashes glazing bars intact. Ground floor has 2 mid
C19 canted stucco bay windows with cornice returned to wall and carried
across front. Central recessed door of 6 panels, 4 glazed, rectangular
fanlight. Slightly lover 2 storey stucco faced wing to right. Low pitch
gable end slate roof, overhanging eaves, 3 casements 1st floor, 2 later
ones and wide garage entrance ground floor.

The Rising Sun Public House and Cornerways form a group.
