Circa I840. Former Diocesan School. Brick with stone dressings; 2 storeys; 2
two-light stone mullioned windows, those to ground storey with transoms; 5-light
stone mullioned and transomed oriel window on splayed angle, having geometrical
pattern iron lights, gable above with clock and obelisk finial; doorway in moulded
surround, pointed arched head, hood mould carried across as band, and 8-panelled
divided door; stone eaves cornice, coped parapet and gable. 5-windowed return
side to Vernon Street.
