Cemetery chapel. 1902. Brick with concrete plain tiles to roof. Chapel with,
to west, narthex and 2 rooms. Rounded entrance arch in south wall of narthex
flanked by 2 2-light traceried windows. Brick pilasters rise to pinnacles
between each of which is concave parapet. West end of narthex in 3 bays, each
bay defined by brick buttresses. 3 3-light segmental-headed windows. Parapet
below hipped roof. Roof with ridge stack. Chapel is of 4 bays, again with
brick buttresses and 3-light segmental-headed windows. Gabled roof. 5-light
east window, arched, between brick buttresses. To each side of buttresses
a short full height screen wall. Interior. Boarded dado to chapel. Queen
post roof with 4 arched braces rising from queen posts to collar purlins and
collars. Tie beams on arched braces dropping through wall posts to corbels.
Roof boarded above collar.
