House, now in use as offices. c1825, possibly refronted in later C19. Brick, Flemish bond to front elevation, and English garden wall bond to Gertrude Street elevation. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3-window range, all windows with flat arched brick heads, and with glazing bars in upper sash only. Central C20 door with rectangular overlight. C20 windows inserted into former carriage house in side elevation.
