House, now offices. c1797, with C19 and late C20 alterations.
Brick with painted stucco dressings and slate roof with a
renewed gable stack. Plinth, ground floor and first-floor sill
bands, slab-coped parapet. Windows have brick flat arches. 3
storeys plus basement and attics; 3-window range of plain
sashes and above, three C20 wooden cross casements. Above
again, a late C20 box dormer. Ground floor has to left a
wooden doorcase with Doric 3/4 columns and dentillated cornice
and pediment. Round arched doorway with steps to fielded
6-panel door and fanlight. To right, two 12-pane sashes.
Below, 2 plain sashes to basement.
