Bank. 1906; by Silvanus Trevail; for the Devon and Cornwall Banking Company. Three tall storeys. 4 windows, with end bays projecting slightly.
Ashlar with yellow terracotta rusticated architraves and pediments to
windows, sashes no glazing bars. Parapet and terracotta modillion cornice
with small segmental pediments at ends. Ground storey is rusticated granite
ashlar with moulded cornice.
