Urn on plinth. c1902. Granite square plinth and urn. Inscribed
"FINIS NON FINIS" on plinth. Edward Edwards was a man of
letters and founder, with William Ewart and Joseph Brotherton
of municipal public libraries. Erected by Thomas Greenwood.
