GV II

House. c1810. Stuccoed brick; tile roof with brick end stacks.
Gable facing, front to left; central staircase plan. Georgian
style. 2 storeys; 3-symmetrical window range. Wide boxed eaves
and verges. Round-headed entrance has Tuscan porch, fanlight
with radial glazing bars and door of 4 fielded and 2 flush
panels. Windows have sills and 12-pane sashes. Rear has 2
gabled wings, that to left longer and lower, with modillioned
brick cornice and varied windows including canted bay window
with 2:4:2-pane horned sash.
