Pair of attached houses. c1860. Snecked Pennant rubble with
limestone dressings and brick details, stone gable and ridge
stacks, and tile gable and hipped roof. Double-depth plan.
Free Gothic style. 3 storeys; 8-window range. Full-height bows
to the ends, pierced balustrade all along the top, and
entrances in the side elevations. Semicircular arches with
alternate brick and stone voussoirs and brick paterned tympana
to plate-glass sashes, 3 in the bows and 4 between; doorways
in the end blocks with granite shafts to semicircular arches
and stained-glass overlights. INTERIOR not inspected.
