Formerly known as: Nos.60 AND 61 BROAD STREET.
Houses, now shops and dwellings. Early C19. Stucco to brick;
slate roof; brick end stack to left. 3-storeys and cellar;
3-window range: to left, canted bay with moulded underhang and
1/1: 3/3: 1/1 sashes; to right, canted bay with 2/2: 8/8: 2/2
sashes; central 6/6 sash. 2nd storey has, to left, 3/3 sash;
central 6/6 sash; and to right, 8/8 sash; cornice to left and
band to right, under parapets. Early C20 shopfront to left. To
right, entrance to passage, and C20 shopfront, under earlier
fascia board with ornate console.
