SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION DOLPHIN STREET, (south side),
Port Isaac

House. Circa mid C18. Stone rubble with brick segmentai arches to openings. Slate
roof with hipped ends with brick chimney stack on right-hand hipped end.
Interior not inspected but plan probably of 2 rooms with central cross passage and
with 1-room wing added to rear right.
2 storeys and attic,. Almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with C20 door
and pediment in centre, C19 30-pane hornless sash to left and C19 20-pane hornless
sash to right with several panes replaced. First floor with 3 tall C19 24-pane
sashes and second floor with 2 C19 3/6-pane sashes in raked half-dormers.
Interior not accessible but believed to contain panelling in rear wing.
