SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION FORE STREET, (west side),
Port Isaac
9/65 No 37, Cliff Cottage
GV II
House. 1868 (datestone) built by Valentine Powell Richards. Stone rubble, rendered
and painted on side elevations with slatehanging and slate roof with gable end to
front and half-hipped end to rear. Rendered brick lateral chimney stack on right-
hand side.
2-room double depth plan of 1-room width with entrance in lower left-hand side
elevation.
2 storeys regular single-window front with brick dressings to pointed window
openings. Ground floor with probably C19 cross window with glazing bars with similar
window with slightly different top lights above.
Datestone and initials above V. P. R.
1868
Single storey elevation to Fore Street with 2-storey elevation to south where ground
slopes down towards the sea. C20 lean-to porch on south.
Interior not inspected.
