Town house in row. c1820; late C19 addition. Red brick,
roughcast rendered on front elevation; brick chimneys;
replacement tile roof. Three-storey; 2-storey rear outshut.
Front: 2-window sash fenestration; 16-pane to ground and middle
floors except for single-storey flat-roofed canted bay to right
with 12-pane sash in front face. Twelve-pane sashes to upper
floor. Off-centre doorway with low-pitched timber pediment on
scrolled brackets above reeded pilasters and with 6-panel door.
Brick chimney on west gable end. Scattered fenestration to
outshut. Interior not inspected.
