Farmhouse

Outbuilding. Probably mid-C18, reusing earlier materials, re-roofed in mid-C19.
Roughly coursed slate-stone with some quartzite and granite, including granite
quoins; hipped slate roof. Rectangular plan. 2 levels. Concave-moulded
mullion window with 2 round-headed lights on ground floor to front. Right
return has 2-light flat-faced mullion window above external lateral steps
to left; square hatch opening to right.
Interior: Full-length loft with curving braces supporting C19 principal rafter
roof in 4 bays. A cill or lintel of a mullion window was lying on ground
by outbuilding at time of resurvey (November 1987).
