Shown on OS map as Treleigh. Farmhouse. Late C17 with later additions and
alterations. Rendered slate-stone; corrugated-iron roof to left section,
graded slates to right. 2-unit end baffle-entry plan extended to right.
2 storeys. Three C19 casements directly below eaves; one 3-light casement
to left and C19 fixed-light window to right of roughly central C20 panelled
door under C20 half-glazed gabled porch. Prominent external end stack with
drips and brick top to left and ridge stack, also with brick top (toothed
capping) immediately to right of entrance. Lean-to dairy to rear.
Interior: Chamfered joists to left ground-floor room. Plank doors. C20
single-storey lean-to gront on right is not of special architectural interest.
