Cottage,now disused. Late C18 with minor later alterations. Roughly coursed slate-
stone with granite quoins, partly rebuilt in concrete blocks to right gable
end. Slate roof. Single-room plan with granary on first floor. 2 levels.
C19 casement on each floor. Left gable end has plank door to right of external
lateral steps to plank door on first floor.
Interior: Open fireplace with chamfered stone lintel and cloam oven. Pegged
collar truss roof in 3 bays with laid-on purlins is fire blackened. Included
for group value.
