Late C18. Granite ashlar. Slurried slate hipped roof. 3 storeys and basement.
2 windows, to right sashes with margin lights keyblocks, no glazing bars, to
left small sashes, no glazing bars. Porch with square columns. Including plain
iron railings around basement steps.

All listed buildings on the North East Side of Chapel Street form a group.
