Farmhouse. C17, with attached C18 bakehouse to left, with later alterations.
Rubble, rendered with stone dressings, pantiled roof with raised coped verges and
kneelers and gable stacks, double Roman tiles, slate roof to bakehouse.
Symmetrical front. 2½ storeys, 5 windows, ground floor has 4 cross windows with
bolection moulded mullion and transom and architrave, 6 panes each to the lower
sections with thin glazing bars; central door of 4 panels with upper sections
glazed, hood with pitched roof on wooden frame; first floor has 2-light casements
in same surround, all lights with 8 panes except central window, left side of
plate glass, continuous string above ground and first floor windows. Single
storey bakehouse to left has one 3-light casement with flat mullions. Right
return has 2-light attic window with 3 panes each side in same moulded surround as
on front, corrugated iron lean-to; left return has same attic window. Rear has
catslide roof to ground level, double Roman tiled at lower part; rear of catslide
added, straight joint between to sides. Interior: not accessible.
