Terrace house. c.1722. Brown brick, tiled roof. 3 storeys, basement and
dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Entrance to right with wooden
architrave doorcase and carved consoles to cornice, door of 6 fielded
panels. Flush framed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged rubbed brick
arches. Brick plat bands to 1st and 2nd floors; parapet with coping.
Wrought iron area railings with urn finials. Part of an exceptionally well
preserved enclave of early C.18 housing together with Barton and Lord North
Streets q.v.
